The entire Resort is located between the highway (Business 17) and the ocean. There are no public roads between any condos and the beach. The resort has Two Bedroom, One Bedroom, and Studio units available with varying views of the ocean. View designations are described below: Ocean Front - Directly facing the beach/ocean. Prime Ocean View - While on the side, the view of the ocean and beach is superior. Ocean View - Again, on the side but with an excellent view of the beach/ocean. Moderate Ocean View - A side unit from which the ocean is visible but the view decreases as the distance from the beach increases.
